Our farming practices are rooted in a commitment to healthy soils teeming with active biology. We focus on maximizing photosynthesis, enhancing soil organic matter, sequestering carbon, and actively engaging with the local community. Embracing regenerative farming techniques such as cover crops, mulching, intercropping, ramial wood-chip pathways, no-till, and low-till practices, along with the creation of pollinator hedgerows, we strive to create a harmonious and beautiful ecosystem. Our dedication to soil health is evident in our continuous trials and experimentation with innovative techniques. We utilize nine hoophouses and they are maintained year-round.
